 | Carolina Clubs At nearly 1,000 events in approximately 100 locations, Carolina alumni and friends enjoy enrichment events with UNC faculty, socialize, network, cheer on the Heels and provide service to their communities. Carolina Clubs are supported by GAA member dues and are led by local volunteers. |

 | Scholarships The Association's $550,000 GAA Scholars endowment helps Carolina attract the best and brightest students. In addition, 36 students from 19 local Carolina Club regions were awarded scholarships by their club for the 2008-09 academic year. |
