Club Leaders Handbook: This page will allow you to flip through the virtual pages of our user's guide to Club leadership. Click on any category of interest and learn more! Broadcast E-mail Calendar: This page list all currently scheduled dates to send a broadcast e-mail to a Carolina Club area and explains what a broadcast e-mail is and the process for sending one. All Clubs are eligible for one e-mail broadcast each month - this message is sent to all alumni in your Club area for which the GAA has e-mail addresses on file. Club Leaders on Facebook: Join your fellow club leaders on our Facebook group. Club Needs Form: Need to reorder supplies for you events? This is the form for you. How to Start a Carolina Club: If there is no club listed for your area and you would like to start one, take a moment to read the information on this page and then contact Casey Privette at (919) 962-6705 or casey_privette@unc.edu. Club Leader Contact Form (pdf): New to Club leadership or want to update your contact information? Download this form and submit to Casey Privette '01 for processing. Directory of Club Leaders (pdf): Interested in contacting other Club leaders to share ideas or learn best practices? This document will give you access to contact information for Club leaders from around the globe. Event Submission: Have an event coming up and want to make sure it appears on your Club Web site? Have an update to an event that's already listed (date change, location change, etc.)? Complete this form and click "submit" for processing. Annual Reports: Every year, our Club leaders are asked to provide the GAA with an update on Club activities - financials, club events, event counts and overall leadership of the group. Visit alumni.unc.edu/secure/clubs/admin/default.asp and submit your Club's report. Remember, you must submit your report on time in order to remain a Club in good standing. Alumni Roster Request Form (pdf): Want a list of alumni and friends living in your Club area? Consider using this list to start your Club phone tree or event follow-up mailings. Rosters include names, mailing addresses, phone numbers and class years. Postcard/Brochure/Invitation Request Form (pdf): Want to send a postcard, brochure or invitation for your next Club event? Complete this form and submit to Casey Privette '01 at least two weeks prior to the date your mailing should leave Chapel Hill. Need it faster? Call Casey at (919) 962-6705 to discuss other options. Useful Templates: This page provides great tools for upcoming Club events including sign-in sheets, raffle tickets, event planning checklists, etc. Directory of GAA Staff Members: Need to contact someone at the GAA about information regarding GAA membership, TarNation, Tar Heel Travel or other topics?
