For centuries Israel has been a focal point for three of the world's major religions. This tiny nation, approximately the size of New Jersey, is replete with historic and spiritual milestones.

Admire the architectural beauty of Tel Aviv and Haifa, explore Roman ruins at Caesarea and view the well-preserved Crusader fort at Akko. Walk along the storied shores of the Sea of Galilee and learn about the struggle for settlement near the contested Golan Heights. Stroll the winding lanes of Jerusalem, then descend into the spectacular Jordan Valley and marvel at the Dead Sea - the lowest dry-land point on earth - and the fortress of Masada.

See this enduring, evolving country on a comprehensive tour and discover the myriad and magnificent wonders of Israel. Post-tour excursion to the port city of Eilat with excursion to Petra, Jordan, is offered.

Day 2      Arrive Tel Aviv/Transfer to Carlton Hotel

Day 3      Tel Aviv/Caesarea/Akko/Lower Galilee/Transfer to Kibbutz Lavi

Day 4      Upper Galilee/Mount of Beatitudes/Capernaum/Tabgha/Golan Heights: Quneitra and Katzrin

Day 5      Haifa/Transfer to Jerusalem/Hotel Dan Panorama

Day 6      Jerusalem's Old City

Day 7      Jerusalem

Day 8      Masada/The Dead Sea

Day 9      Jerusalem/Depart Tel Aviv for Frankfurt, Germany/Overnight in airport area hotel
