Virginia drivers can also check with Citizen Services at the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles.
Maryland drivers must first obtain a license plate request form from the GAA. E-mail us at marylandplate@unc.edu or call (919) 962-3576 to request the form. We will send instructions with the form.
