UNC Black Alumni Planning Committee
The planning committee is responsible for the development and execution of reunion events and activities. This volunteer work is facilitated by 10-15 subcommittees (depending on the year and event agenda). Each subcommittee is comprised of additional alumni volunteers that assist with identifying each event’s program aspects (e.g.: entertainment, decor, location, etc.).
Current subcommittees: Awards (prerequisite: former BAR chair), Awards Gala, Black Pioneers, Golf, Inspirational Service, Logistics, Marketing, Social, Social Media, Sponsorship, Student Engagement and Vintage Times.
