Join Anne Cabell ’12 (MPH) for an interactive discussion and video of beekeeping at the Carolina Community Garden. You’ll learn about the benefits of beekeeping and see Anne inspect the hive. Watch carefully, the Queen Bee will make an appearance. Plus, you’ll get answers to all those beekeeping questions you’ve been itching to ask.

The Carolina Community Garden (CCG) is an engagement program of the N.C. Botanical Garden. The CCG aims to grow vegetables and fruit so that all employees have access to fresh sustainably grown produce through the shared efforts of staff, students, faculty and local residents and to serve as a learning community for developing gardening skills, healthy living, social responsibility and interdisciplinary academic pursuits.
