It’s a birthday party and all #UNCAlumni and friends are invited. Celebrate the 25th anniversary of the George Watts Hill Alumni Center with us at a fun family tailgate right outside the Alumni Center before the UNC vs. Georgia Tech baseball game at Boshamer Stadium, just down the street.
We’ll be grilling out hamburgers and hot dogs, and the menu also includes mac and cheese, baked beans and chips. Oh, and sparkly cupcakes! Everyone gets Rameses horns birthday hats and 25th anniversary stickers. The first 150 Carolina Alumni members who sign up to attend the tailgate receive a limited edition stainless steel tumbler.
Tailgate: $15 (ages 13 and up); $10 (ages 5-12); Free (ages 4 and under). Baseball tickets: $4 per person (children 2 and under are free). Choose to attend the tailgate and baseball game, or if you already have baseball tickets, choose to attend just the tailgate. Purchased baseball tickets will be available for pick up at the tailgate. We can’t wait to celebrate with you.
P.S. It’s a real birthday party with lots of party favors. All attendees who show us they’ve downloaded and logged in to the new “UNC Alumni” app get Carolina swag. When Carolina Alumni members show us their digital member card on the app, they get even more swag, because really, we’re just so hAPPy.
