Check out the local beer scene with us as you tour a nano brewery on the edge of downtown Raleigh, Trophy Brewing Co., with Tar Heels. Les Stewart ’02 (MPA), head brewmaster, will share his Carolina story with us as we tour about. Today at Trophy, Les’ taps might include a coffee porter, a hoppy cream ale or a salted caramel sweet stout. Enjoy an epic pizza party (featuring veggie, meat and cheese options), a full draft of one of their staple beers (i.e. Trophy Wife, Trophy Husband) and very Carolina giveaways. Carolina Alumni members receive their very own #GDTBATH pint glass. Stewart was featured in the July/August 2015 food issue of the Carolina Alumni Review.
