Join your GAA for a day of family fun at the N.C. Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores. We’ve arranged for discounted passes for Carolina Alumni members, but all Carolina friends, family and fans are welcome to join us. We’ll meet for some activities (including a live animal demonstration) in the Sound Side Hall between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. You’ll even have the option to go on a behind-the-scenes tour.

We’ve heard that many of you are already members of the N.C. Aquarium (that’s awesome!) and plan to attend using your membership. It would be a huge help to us if you could fill out this short form to let us know to expect you. If you’d like to take part in a behind-the-scenes tour please do register for the tour at the link above. You will not need to purchase tickets for the aquarium to be able to register for the tour.
Don’t miss the live animal demonstration by expert aquarium staff beginning at 10 a.m. in Sound Side Hall. This is your chance to get up close and personal with some N.C. sea life and ask questions that only a marine biologist can answer. There is no additional registration required for the live animal demo, just be sure to find a seat in Sound Side Hall by 10 a.m.
A limited number of slots are available for behind-the-scenes tours led by the aquarium staff. Cost is $12 per person. Children ages 5-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Children under 5 are not permitted on behind-the-scenes tours. Tour includes visits to food preparation areas, animal holding areas and labs and an overhead view of the Living Shipwreck. Tours will be scheduled between 2-5 p.m. Time slot assignments will be made once registration closes.
