Eboni will walk us through her tips and tricks for building a beautiful cheese and charcuterie board. Your sign up includes a shopping list of suggested ingredients, a live Zoom webinar with Eboni, and you’ll walk away with an amazing board and the know how to do it all again for your next get-together.
We have space for nearly 500 Tar Heels to attend, learn and Q&A via chat but have a limited number of opportunities for participants to have their camera visible to Eboni so she can engage with you as you build your charcuterie board along with her. Eboni Wallace Lewis is the owner of The Board Experience, a charcuterie and cheese board business. She has always loved entertaining; placing intentional emphasis on details to ensure the experience of every guest feels personal. Curating and customizing boards for customers have ranged from boards for date night in, to gift boxes for seven-year-olds who have a fondness for charcuterie and in-home spa days to individual boxes for group events. Currently, Eboni provides the charcuterie for Rosie’s Wine Garden in Charlotte.
