Click in with us virtually for our six-part series, Downtown Chapel Hill: Then, Now and Always, as we remember what our favorite college town was like during our time at Carolina. Each virtual talk will be led by a Chapel Hill business owner with deep historical knowledge and will include a few other personalities behind your favorite spots.

Bring your appetite for the finale of our series focusing on restaurants with Bill Smith. Bill Smith is a James Beard Award finalist and was the chef at Crook’s Corner for nearly 30 years. He has also written multiple award-winning cookbooks and writes a weekly food column on WCHLChapelboro.com, “Just the Bill, Please.”

Also joining us will be the owners of:

  • Mama Dip’s
  • La Residence
  • Crossroads Chapel Hill at the Carolina Inn
  • Four Corners
  • 411 West

Carolina Alumni members: Be sure you’ve downloaded and logged in to the free Carolina Alumni app prior to this event. During the event, when you check in on the Carolina Alumni app, you will receive a 8×10″ Greetings From Chapel Hill print.
