If you want to play together, you have to pay together. When registering for a group, one person must pay for all and list group members names on the registration form.
Everyone knows Tar Heels are clever, quick-witted, problem solvers, so why not put those skills to the test? Work with a small group of other Tar Heels to find clues, solve puzzles and crack codes in under 60 minutes at this thrilling networking event. In order to escape, you’ll need to rely on your problem-solving skills, focus, attention to detail, leadership, collaboration and communication. Meet fellow Tar Heels for a bite or drink before or after your escape room just around the corner at the Cosmic Cantina (1920 Perry St., Durham) from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Carolina Alumni members save $10 and receive a Carolina blue luggage lock.
The escape room will begin at 6:30 p.m or 8 p.m. Participants must arrive at Bull City Escape at least 20 minutes prior to their start time. Take a moment to read each different escape room description below, when registering, you will be asked for your escape room preference. Please note, preferences are not a guarantee of room placement. Room placement will be decided by ranked preference and group size.
Lunar Lockdown
Difficulty: 7/10
This immersive space-themed game is OUT OF THIS WORLD. While on a top-secret mission for NASA, your spaceship crash lands on a mysterious planet. The engines are damaged and your oxygen supply is quickly dwindling. Can your team make it through the escape hatch and return safely to Earth?
Enchanted Kingdom
Difficulty: 8/10
Your group has embarked on a quest to track down the Enchanted Kingdom’s Crown Jewels! These mystical relics have been lost to history and are scattered across the kingdom. Legend says that these magic jewels will only reveal their secrets when they are united and restored to their rightful place. Can your team complete the quest in time?
A Study In Murder
Difficulty: 9/10
This Clue-style room is our toughest game so far! An eccentric billionaire has been murdered and the police are stumped. Your crack team of detectives has been called in to solve the case. Determined to uncover the truth, you enter his home … and accidentally lock yourselves in. You have 60 minutes to follow the clues, determine the killer’s identity, and escape!
