Door prizes (think #UNC21 tumblers and blankets). Fellow seniors. New knowledge. Put together just for you, #UNC21, by the senior class marshal Life After Carolina committee. It’s time to soak up your last few days as a Carolina student … But, the good news is, the resources and opportunities don’t dry up when you graduate. Learn how to squeeze the most out of your new Carolina degree at this event with speakers from the UNC General Alumni Association and career advisors from the Hussman School of Journalism and Media. Discussion topics will include: 1) setting up an alumni email address, 2) networking with #UNCAlumni post-grad, 3) how to access career advising resources as an alumnus, and more.

Speakers:

  • Katie Thore ’15, coordinator of membership services, UNC General Alumni Association
  • Roger Nelsen, director of alumni records and information systems, UNC General Alumni Association
  • Anna Brooks Whichard ’10, coordinator of outreach for alumni, clubs and families, UNC General Alumni Association
