Go Heels, Go America! It’s summertime, let’s have some wine. Enjoy an exclusive UNC-themed wine tasting. This popular class runs for two hours and includes a flight of five wines paired with five cheeses. We’ll cover basics on the styles of cheese, how they are made and focus on why certain wines work so well with different types of cheese. We will even cover how to build a perfect cheese board or charcuterie plate for all your Tar Heel gatherings. Carolina Alumni members save $10 on this event and take home a wine cork and 5″ x 7″ Tar Heel art print. Grab your spot soon as this tasting is capped at 20 guests.
