National Tequila Day – check! Tar Heels – check! Let’s get our tasting on.
Meet up with us for a festive Tuesday at alumni-owned Esperanza Empanada and Tequila Bar in Carrboro. We’ll be guided through a tasting of three kinds of tequila, a blanco, reposado and anejo, and then we’ll taste two popular drinks, a paloma and Esperanza’s specialty spicy pineapple margarita. Chips and salsa for all. Other food and drinks available for purchase.
Carolina Alumni members who show their card on the Carolina Alumni app will also receive a pair of Tar Heel sunglasses.
