Application Deadline: March 15, 2023
The selection committee will select scholars based on their academic achievement, evidence of community service, leadership qualities and the strength of their essays. Unless otherwise noted, scholarships are eligibile to be renewed for three years. The following will be awarded for the 2023-24 academic year:
- Two (2) $4,000 Julius Peppers Scholarships
- One (1) $3,000 Joseph Cooley and Kathleen Cullins High Undergraduate Scholarship
- Four (4) $2,000 LOTH Scholarships
- Two (2) $1,000 Theta Omicron Black Male Excellence Awards (two year award)
Points to Remember
- Undergraduate application deadline is March 15, 2023
- Eligible applicants must be a high school senior who has applied and plans to attend to Carolina in the fall.
- Undergraduate applicants will be considered for all scholarships and awards and only need to apply once.
- Submit the online portion of the application all at once (do not submit multiple entries).
- Please remind the individual writing your letter to include your full name on the recommendation letter (no form is required for the recommendation letter).
- Submit only one (1) recommendation letter (multiple letters will not be reviewed).
