Camp fees are per person and depend on the lodging type for your family plus any additional cost associated with opting into the excursion. Please Note: The prices and dates below are listed for reference information. This information will be updated once registration for 2020 officially opens.
2019 Camp Fees
Cabin (Adult $220/Child $170)
Each cabin has a large sleeping area of twin-size bunk beds and a bathroom configured to accommodate multiple users. Families must bring their own bedding, pillows and towels.
Millis Lodge (Adult $250/Child $200)
These accommodations have both hotel-style rooms and cabin-size rooms. They include a private bathroom and towel/linen service.
Off-Site (Adult $150/Child $130)
Participants who opt for the “off-site” option are welcome to find off-camp accommodations and participate in all meals and activities as “day campers.” Some families stay at the nearby High Meadows Inn.
2019 Excursion – Canoeing (Optional)

Camp Payment Timeline
Time of registration – $75 deposit due (Non-Refundable Deposit applied towards balance owed)
May 3, 2019 – 25% of total camp balance due
May 24, 2019 – 50% of total camp balance due
June 14, 2019 – 100% of total camp balance due
If you need to cancel your registration, please contact the Coordinator of Outreach for Clubs, Alumni and Families at (919) 962-6705 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will be given in accordance with the details below.
Before June 14, 2019 – Full refund of all money paid, excluding the $75 deposit.
June 15 – 28, 2019 – Full refund of money paid, minus $100.
June 29, 2019 – July 12, 2019 – Full refund of money paid, minus $150.
After July 12, 2019 – Full refund of money paid, minus $200.
