Guidelines to Purchase Tickets

Reviewing the guidelines below BEFORE  you begin the registration process will help toalleviate the most commonly made registration errors.

  • Registration Deadline: 11:59 p.m. (EDT) on Sunday, Oct. 20
  • The GAA member ticket price ONLY pertains to the member (i.e. if you are a GAA member and your guest is not, please use the standard rate for your guest tickets. Joining the GAA is an option on the registration form and member discounts can be taken immediately).
  • The member status of each person registered will be verified by the GAA membership office.
  • To be sure you receive all appropriate member discounts, please provide the name of each guest.

Bell Tower Tailgate

  • GAA Member Price: $15 | Standard Price: $30

UNC vs. Duke Football Game

  • Game Ticket: $25

UNC Dance T-shirt (performing with the band, you must have a shirt)

 

  • Price: $25
  • Sizes: Youth  M, Youth L, Adult S – 2X (100% cotton)
  • Three quarter sleeve. Unisex sizing. Relaxed fit for women.
  • Proceeds go towards the current dance team’s operating expenses.

  • If you are not able to attend the game, but would like purchase a t-shirt, please click on the blue “Tickets on Sale Now” button to order.

 

 

Processing Fees

  • Each registrant will incur a nonrefundable $5 processing fee (per person, not per event)

Things to Remember

Please keep in mind…

  • Game tickets will be sent electronically to the email address provided during registration beginning mid-Sept.
  • No tickets will be printed for the tailgate, your name tag will be scanned for admission.
  • For registrants 21 years and older, the tailgate ticket will include 2 beer tickets. Don’t forget your ID, it will be required.
  • Around mid-October, a final confirmation will provide additional reunion information plus specifics on when and where nametags and T-shirts will be distributed.

Performance with the Alumni Band and Marching Tar Heels

  • This event will be listed on the registration form, be sure to let us know if you plan to participate.
  • Although there is no fee to particpate, alumnae who intend to perform must have a game ticket as well as a Dance Team Alumni T-shirt to access the field.
  • Game tickets and T-shirts can be purchased on the registration form.
  • Only alumni dance team members will be allowed on the field (guests, children and pets will not be allowed on the field).
  • Additional information will be provided for those who register to participate later this fall.

Refund Policy

Please remember…

  • The deadline to request refunds is 11:59 p.m. (EDT) on Sunday, Oct. 20.
  • Refunds cannot be processed after this deadline, no exceptions.
  • Football tickets and processing fees are nonrefundable.

Request and Refund or Add a Guest

How to Request a refund (if submitted by 11:59 p.m. (EDT) on Sunday, Oct. 20) 

  • At the bottom of your confirmation email, there is a link that reads: Click here to view the event summary; click that link to access your registration
  • Insert your confirmation number (can also be found on your confirmation email), click OK
  • Under the header image, click the modify registration button
  • To cancel , click the unregister box next to the name of the individual you’re cancelling (NOTE: If you unregister the primary registrant, guests will also be unregistered)
  • Follow the prompts
  • Football tickets and processing fees are nonrefundable

How to Add a Guest

  • At the bottom of your confirmation email, there is a link that reads: Click here to view the event summary; click that link to access your registration
  • Insert your confirmation number (can also be found on your confirmation email), click OK
  • Under the header image, click the modify registration button
  • To add a guest, click the add a guest button that will be located under the chart that list each registrant.
  • Follow the prompts
