Why is there a $5 processing fee per person?

To streamline our reunion processing and to create a more efficient and secure online registration experience, we have upgraded our event management system. This has resulted in a processing fee similar to other online event systems (e.g. Ticketmaster, UNC Ticket Office, Fandango, etc.) plus you have more control of your ticket purchasing.

You can now add, cancel and request refunds from your laptop or mobile device.  The fee directly supports system monitoring and frequent upgrades and does not fund any reunion activities. The $5 processing fee is nonrefundable.

I'm a member of the UNC NROTC Alumni Association but not a GAA member. Am I eligible for the GAA member pricing?ber pricing?

No.  Only UNC General Alumni Association (GAA) members are eligible for GAA member pricing.  Standard pricing will apply.

I'm a GAA member and my spouse/guest is not. Is she/he eligible for GAA member pricing?

No.  Only GAA members are eligible for GAA member pricing.   If your spouse/guest is not a GAA member, her/his tickets must be purchased at the standard rate.

I'm having problems with online registration. Who can help me?

Email affintiyreunions@unc.edu if you are experiencing problems booking your Homecoming experience. In your email please be very detailed in explaining your technical issue. This will allow us to troubleshoot before responding.  Please allow 24 hours for a response.  Beginning the registration process before the deadline will allow us to be the most effective and efficient in solving online issues.

Where are the football tickets on the online form?

Football tickets are located under the  football tickets section (just below the Barbecue Lunch). Please note that if you are only purchasing football tickets you do not need to enter all the names of your guests.

What time is the football game?

Game times are set by the ACC and will typically be announced 7 – 10 business days prior to game day.

How will I receive my football tickets?

Tickets purchased via this website will be sent, electronically, at least one (1) week prior to game day. To guarantee  you are seated with a specific group, please purchase all tickets on one registration form (as you would with Ticketmaster, Live Nation, etc.).

How do I add football tickets to an existing registration?

  1. Be sure you have your confirmation number; you will need this to modify your registration. It can be found in your confirmation email above the ORDER SUMMARY.
  2. At the bottom of your confirmation email (just above the privacy notice information), click on the link that reads: CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE EVENT SUMMARY.
  3.  This will take you to the page to enter your confirmation number; enter your confirmation number, click
  4. On the next page, under the event header (name of the event), click the MODIFY button
  5. This will take you to the MODIFY REGISTRATION
  6. To add football tickets, scroll down to the Football Ticket section
  7. Insert ONLY the number of game tickets you are adding, click NEXT
  8. Disregard the reduce quantity button, game tickets are nonrefundable, hence this functionality is disabled.
  9. You will now see that you are back on the MODIFY REGISTRATION page, click NEXT
  10. You should now be on the REGISTRATION SUMMARY page
    Under the Agenda section, on one line you’ll see the number of game tickets you just added, then on another line you’ll see the number of game tickets you have already purchased.
  11.  No worries, you are ONLY being charged for the game tickets you just added; click NEXT
  12. You should now be on the SUBMIT PAYMENT page; you’ll see the total amount due from this addition; follow the prompts

How do I add a guest to my registration?

As long as tickets are available, you can add guests tickets until 11:59 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, Oct. 15.

To Add a Guest to an Existing Registration

  • Be sure you have your confirmation number; you will need this to modify your registration. It can be found in your confirmation email above the ORDER SUMMARY.
  • At the bottom of your confirmation email (just above the privacy notice information), click on the link that reads: Click here to view the event summary.
  •  This will take you to the page to enter your confirmation number; enter your confirmation number, click
  • On the next page, under the image header, click the MODIFY button
  • This will take you to the MODIFY REGISTRATION
  • To add a new guest, click on the ADD ANOTHER GUEST button
  • The next page, will ask for guest information, complete and click NEXT
  • The next page will allow you to select the events you would like for your guest to attend, check all that apply then click NEXT
  • You will now see that you are back on the MODIFY REGISTRATION page
  • Click Add Another Guest to repeat this process for each guest you are adding
  • Once you’ve completed adding all of your guests, click NEXT
  • You should now be on the REGISTRATION SUMMARY page (the page defaults to show the items you are registered to attend; to see which events each guest is registered to attend, click each person’s name)
  • If you’re good with everyone’s events, click NEXT

I can no longer attend, are refunds possible?

Yes.  You can cancel your registration for a refund until 11:59 p.m. EDT on Sunday, Oct. 27. Football tickets and processing fees are nonrefundable, no exceptions.

Refund Instructions

  • At the bottom of your confirmation email, there is a link that reads: Click here to view the event summary; click that link to access your registration
  • Insert your confirmation number (can also be found on your confirmation email), click OK
  • Under header image, click the modify registration button
  • To cancel a ticket, click the unregister box next to the name of the individual in which you’re cancelling (NOTE: If you unregister the primary registrant, guests will also be unregistered)
  • Follow the prompts
