Come hungry to this event! From family traditions to booming economies, three UNC professors, Bernie Herman, Marcie Cohen Ferris and Elizabeth Engelhardt, will discuss the importance of food, culture and the south while dishing on their favorite southern fares. They will be joined by Lindsay Moriarty ’10, chef and owner of Monuts Donuts, who will be serving up some of her favorite southern bites paired with a specialty cocktail and, of course, donuts!
