Registration Guidelines
Please review the following guidelines BEFORE completing your registration. The information below should help minimize the most common registration errors. All registrations will incur a nonrefundable $5 processing fee.
- Carolina Alumni member is the new name for GAA member.
- The deadline to order reunion T-shirts is 11:59 p.m. (EDT) on Tuesday, March 12.
- The deadline to order boxed lunches and or planetarium show tickets is 11:59 p.m. (EDT) on Sunday, March 31
- If seating permits for the planetarium shows, tickets will be available to purchase on site on Sunday, April 7.
- The final registration deadline is 8 p.m. (EDT) on Saturday, April 6 (Carolina Alumni member discounts are not valid after this date).
- Register early. On-site registration will be limited. Carolina Alumni member discounts are not valid during on-site registration.
- Cancellation/refund requests must be received by the final registration deadline.
- Requests can be emailed to activities@gaa.unc.edu or can be self-initiated by returning to your registration via the link in your confirmation email (you will need your confirmation number which is also in your confirmation email).
- Processing fees and apparel are nonrefundable.
- Registration processing cannot be finalized with a balance due, so be sure to select the appropriate fee. Carolina Alumni member discounts only apply to the member. Please select the standard price for your guests who are not Carolina Alumni members.
