Reservation Request

Once your reservation request is received by the Tar Heel Travel Office, a staff member will reach out to you to confirm availability on the tour and discuss next steps to finalize your reservation. Your reservation is not finalized until your deposit is paid and processed. NOTE: You should receive an immediate email receipt of this form, otherwise the form has not been submitted.
