Carolina Alumni (formerly UNC General Alumni Association)

UNC General Alumni Association is now Carolina Alumni.

We embarked on a rebranding journey to create a more flexible and modern look that better represents our organization. We needed a way to refer to the organization that was clearer, friendlier and more relatable than “UNC General Alumni Association.”

Introducing Carolina Alumni. It’s simple, and it’s who we are: 361,580 of us, plus friends of the association.

The new Carolina Alumni logo sees our iconic Old Well from a new angle, evoking pride and reverence. Our logo type is modern, bold and rounded to express welcoming and inclusion.

Once a GAA member, now a Carolina Alumni member – with pride. Not yet a member? Anyone is welcome to join.

Follow along with us on Instagram @carolinaalumni and tag your photos with the official hashtag, #CarolinaAlumni.

As manager of marketing and advertising, Andrea enjoys interacting with #CarolinaAlumni through digital marketing and social media – the memories a single photo shared on Instagram can evoke always amazes her. Andrea is married to her Carolina sweetheart, Hank, whom she met on the first day of class at UNC. On weekends, you’ll find her exploring the next new spot with Hank and their daughters Leighton and Scarlett in tow.
