Cownts and Cowntesses

A herd of 15 cows can be seen grazing the campus this fall.

These livestock are part of the bigger CowParade North Carolina, which features 79 fiberglass cows so far throughout the state, with more on their way. CowParade is billed as the world’s largest public art exhibit, with past showings by local artists in 75 cities in 30 countries on six continents. Photos by Sarah Arneson ’96
