    • Carolina Alumni

  • The first four items you list will be used in the print ballot. (That ballot is mailed to two groups of Carolina Alumni members: Those who prefer to vote a paper ballot and ask for one; and members who do not have an email address on file with us.) The print ballot will include a link to your complete online bio. Most members vote in response to an email they are sent; they vote online, and the bio they see includes additional items from this form. List activities, organizations, honors, awards, athletic team participation, class/student offices held, social fraternity/sorority membership, etc. (Limit to four on printed ballot.)

    • Former Activities & Honors

  • List former honors, awards, organizational memberships (list highest office held, if any), community service participation, etc., exclusive of your work history. (Limit to four on printed ballot.)

    • Current Activities & Honors

  • List current organizational memberships (list office now holding, if any), directorships, etc., exclusive of your work history. (Limit to four on printed ballot.)
