Sheraton Imperial RDU at RTP | Host Hotel

  • This is not the Sheraton in Chapel Hill
  • Reunion dates: Oct. 2-6, 2024
  • Rate: $125/night plus tax, traditional king or double
  • There is a two-night minimum that must include Friday, Oct. 4 and Saturday, Oct. 5
  • Reservation deadline: Sept. 6
  • Cancellation deadline: Two weeks prior to your arrival date to avoid a fee of one night’s room and tax being billed to your credit card
  • Reservations: Book online or call (919) 941-5050, press 1 (reference: UNC Black Alumni Reunion). Once you are on the online reservation page, before checking availability, be sure to update your desired arrival and departure dates (the form defaults to Oct. 3-6, 2024)

Hotel Interest List 

The Sheraton Imperial does not have a waitlist process, hence the creation of the hotel interest list.

  • Please do not complete the form if you do not want your information shared.
  • Information provided via the host hotel interest form will be shared with reunion registrants who have a host hotel reservation but no longer need it.
  • We do not anticipate any action from this list until late September (typically the time frame when participants’ plans change and they no longer need their reservations).
  • We cannot guarantee a room at the host hotel will become available via this process, so please govern your planning accordingly.

  • Reunion dates: Oct. 2-6, 2024
  • Rate: $125/night plus tax, traditional king or double
  • Reservation deadline: Sept. 9
  • Cancellation deadline: 48 hours prior to check in. Please confirm cancellation deadline at the time of booking
