Registration Guidelines

Please review the following guidelines BEFORE completing your registration. The information below should help minimize the most common registration errors. All registrations will incur a nonrefundable $5 processing fee.

  • There will be no on-site registration for any reunion event.
  • Alumni member is the new name for GAA member.
  • The final registration deadline is 11:59 p.m. (EDT) on Sunday, April 14 (Carolina Alumni member discounts are not valid after this date).
  • Cancellation/refund requests must be received by the final registration deadline. Requests can be self-initiated via your confirmation email or emailed to activities@gaa.unc.edu.
  • Processing fees, merchandise and sponsorship gifts nonrefundable.
  • Registration processing cannot be finalized with a balance due, so be sure to select the appropriate fee.
Package Pricing (includes all events plus a pink commemorative Yeti tumbler, anniversary T-shirt and tote)
  • Standard price: $250
  • Carolina Alumni member price: $220
À la Carte Pricing
  • À la carte options are geared towards alumnae who cannot attend the entire weekend and guests for the gala.
    • Saturday Lunch: Standard price: $65 | Carolina Alumni member price: $45 (Theta Pi sorors only)
    • Anniversary Gala: Standard price: $100 | Carolina Alumni member price: $75
    • Closing Brunch: Standard price: $60 | Carolina Alumni member price: $40 (Theta Pi sorors only)
  • À la carte options do not include the commemorative pink Yeti tumbler or anniversary T-shirt and tote.
  • Anniversary T-shirts are optional items that can be purchased on the registration form.
  • There are no à la carte options to attend the Friday Welcome Reception, Saturday’s Paint and Chat, Reflections Session and bus tour. These events are only available to alumnae purchasing the soror package. 
  • At this time the commemorative pink Yeti tumbler and tote are only available to registrants purchasing the soror package.
 Anniversary Merchandise
  • Apparel is nonrefundable.
  • Alumnae who purchase the soror package (which includes the anniversary T-shirt) should register by 5 p.m. (EDT) on Friday, March 23 to guarantee your T-shirt will be available for pick up during the anniversary weekend.
  • Alumnae who register via the à la carte options and want to purchase a T-shirt, should register by 5 p.m. (EDT) on Friday, March 23 to guarantee your T-shirt will be available for pick up during the anniversary weekend.
  • T-shirts (à la carte and those included in the soror package) purchased AFTER 5 p.m. (EDT) on Friday, March 23 will incur a $15 shipping fee and will be shipped post-reunion to the address provided on the registration form.
