Registration Guidelines

Registration is now closed.

Please review the following guidelines BEFORE completing your registration. The information below should help minimize the most common registration errors.

  • Registrations submitted by 5 p.m (EDT) on Thursday, March 31 will receive requested T-shirt sizes.
  • The registration deadline is 5 p.m. (EDT) on Thursday, April 7.
  • Cancellation/refund requests must also be received by the deadline. Requests can be must be submitted in writing and can be emailed to
  • Carolina Alumni member discounts are not valid after the deadline or for on-site registration.
  • The Carolina Alumni member discount ONLY pertains to the member (e.g. if you are a Carolina Alumni member and your spouse/guest is not, the tickets you purchase for your guest must be at the standard rate).
  • Registration processing cannot be finalized with a balance due, so be sure to select the appropriate fees for you and your guests
