Why are hotels so expensive? Are you able to find less expensive rates?

Unfortunately, graduation time in Chapel Hill is a very busy weekend where demand often exceeds supply of hotel rooms. We have worked with area hotels to get reduced rates, although we understand these may still be quite expensive.  There are some hotels in other nearby areas (i.e. Durham) that may be more price sensitive.

I would like to get more involved in the reunion. Is it too late?

Please email us at reunions@unc.edu. We will provide your name and contact information to the steering committees. We’d love to have more volunteers.

Where do I park?

Parking and associated fees for all Spring Reunions Weekend events are controlled by the UNC Department of Public Safety. Due to spring being the busy season for the department, detailed parking information will be emailed to all registrants using the email address on file by May 3. For additional parking questions during the week of the event, please contact the GAA at (919) 962-1208. Those participating in the 50th Reunion Commencement Processional on Sunday will receive special parking instructions with their registration packets at check-in.
