The Enneagram is a personality system that has been around for decades and in recent years increased in popularity. The system provides insights into why you do the things you do and can be a great tool for personal growth. In addition, understanding the nine types can promote better communication and greater compassion for others.

Click in via Zoom with Julie McNamara, certified health and well-being coach, to learn the key components of the Enneagram system of personality. In the session you will learn:

  • Structure of the Enneagram, including centers of intelligence
  • Motivations and social stance of each type
  • Where each type goes in stress and security
  • How to use the Enneagram for greater self-awareness

Julie McNamara, MS, CHWS, is a certified Wellcoach®. Julie joined UNC Wellness Centers in April 2020 during the pandemic closure of facilities. As the manager of the UNC Wellness Centers, Julie oversees the health education department, which serves to educate members and the community by developing and delivering programs and services that positively impact health and well-being.
