Starting with the 2019 fall outreach series, there is a one-time $5 processing fee per participant. You will only have to pay this fee once if you are registering for multiple events. For example, register for this event today, pay the $5, come back and register for any other fall outreach events between now and December, and you don’t pay the $5 again.

This change is due to a move to a new registration platform, which we hope will make the registration process smoother, including you being able to change and update your own registrations, even in your pajamas. If you have any questions or concerns, please email outreach@unc.edu.

Starting with the 2019 fall outreach series, all outreach events for the season will be under a single registration. To modify your original registration to sign up for additional events follow the steps below.

1. Find your confirmation number located in your confirmation email.
2. At the bottom of your confirmation email (just above the privacy notice information), click on the link that reads: Click here to modify your existing registration/add more events.
3. Enter your email and confirmation number. This will take you to the Modify Registration
4. On the Modify Registration page, under the Fall 2019 Outreach header, click the Modify button.
5. If you are adding events for you,click the registration link to the left of your name.
6. If you are adding events for your guest, click the registration link to the left of the guest’s name.
7. If you need to add a new guest, click on the Add Another Guest.
8. Complete registration as normal.

Free parking will be available at the Finley Athletic Fields and Finley Golf Course on Old Mason Farm Road. Free shuttles will provide transportation between theses locations and NCBG.

For easier access to parking and the festival, approach the Garden from Highway 54 and Finley Golf Course Road to avoid traffic on Highway 15/501.
