Registration Information

Please review the following guidelines BEFORE completing your registration. Each registration will incur a $5 nonrefundable processing fee.

When is the registration deadline?

The registration deadline is 11:59 p.m. (EDT) on Sunday, March 15, 2022.

  • Processing fees are nonrefundable
  • GAA member discounts are not valid after this date.

How much are the registration fees?

Registration Fees

Young alumni pricing is only available for alumni in the classes of 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021.

  • Alumni/Friends Standard Price: $125 | GAA member only pay $95
  • Young Alumni Standard Price: $75 | GAA members only pay $55
  • Jr. Tar Heels (ages 5-12): $45

Note: A la carte pricing is not available.

I cannot attend each event. Is it possible to only register for certain events?

Registering for individual events is not an option.  The registration fee has to be paid to attend any reunion event.

Why is there a $5 per person processing fee?

To streamline our reunion processing and to create a more efficient and secure online registration experience, we have upgraded our event management system. This has resulted in a processing fee similar to other online event systems (e.g. Ticketmaster, UNC Ticket Office, Fandango, etc.) plus you have more control of your ticket purchasing.

You can now add, cancel and request refunds from your laptop or mobile device. Our system will also allow us to go ticketless. The fee directly supports system monitoring and frequent upgrades and does not fund any reunion activities. The $5 processing fee is nonrefundable.

How do I cancel my registration and request a refund?

Email activities@gaa.unc.edu to cancel and request a refund (sans processing fees) anytime before 11:59 p.m. (EDT) on Sunday, March 15, 2022.

I'm a GAA member and my spouse/guest is not. Is she/he eligible for GAA member pricing?

No.  Only GAA members are eligible for GAA member pricing.   If your spouse/guest is not a GAA member, her/his tickets must be purchased at the standard rates.
